I have a new VAT number. What do I need to do?

If your old VAT number is no longer active because the business ceased trading, contact AgriRecover to have the profile deactivated. Visit the AgriRecover website and click ‘Login/Register’. Now create a new customer profile using your new VAT number.

I have a new address. Where can I change the details?

If you log into your customer profile on the AgriRecover website.

I have a collection certificate with an incorrect VAT number. How can I change it?

Please contact AgriRecover. They will create a new certificate for you with the correct VAT number.

Recycling

I have been inspected by an authority and am in possession of banned substances. Where can I dispose of these products?

If you are able to wait until the next NUPPP (non-usable crop protection in agriculture) collection, you can drop off the products free of charge at an AgriRecover collection point during the collection campaign (September - November). NUPPP can only be handed in during odd-numbered years. - If you need an immediate solution for the banned substances, please contact AgriRecover. We are happy to help.

Where can I find the nearest collection point?

AgriRecover’s collection calendar is always uploaded online in the summer. On the AgriRecover website you can use various criteria to search for specific collection points https://agrirecover.eu/be-nl/inzamelkalender/inzamelpunt-zoeken

I only have one AgriRecover bag. Do I need to come to the collection?

You may wait until next year if you do not have a full AgriRecover bag. The agreement made with the authorities means that you have to visit the collection every two years with your empty packaging and expired products.

I did not receive an invitation to the collection campaign. Do I need one to visit a collection point?

You do not need to bring the invitation to a collection point. Your registration can be processed at the collection point using your VAT number and barcode.

I have more than 35 AgriRecover bags containing rinsed containers. How do I request a collection from my company location?

Every year, an invitation is sent out to all large-scale consumers before the start of the collection campaign. If you have not yet been added to this list, please contact AgriRecover - When you receive the invitation, you will be asked to specify the number of bags online in your customer profile - Collection will take place after the on-site collection campaign (late November - early December). You will be notified accordingly.

Where can I buy AgriRecover bags?

You can buy AgriRecover bags from your nearest agrochemical distributor.

Which empty packaging may I dispose of at an AgriRecover collection point?

You can ONLY dispose of packaging featuring the AgriRecover logo. All our members print the logo on the packaging labels. If the packaging does not feature the logo, it will not be accepted at an AgriRecover collection point.

Can I hand in empty seed bags at an AgriRecover collection point?

Only seed bags featuring the AgriRecover logo may be handed in at AgriRecover collection points.

Register/Login

I can no longer log in to my customer profile. How can I log in again?

First of all, check that the e-mail address you are using to log in is correct. If you have changed your e-mail address, please inform AgriRecover. Our employees will enter your new e-mail address in your customer profile and send you new login details. You may have entered an incorrect password or forgotten your password. You can request a new password from the AgriRecover login screen by clicking ‘forgot password’. On the next screen, enter your barcode and e-mail address and you will receive a new password by e-mail.

Where can I find my barcode?

All your certificates feature your barcode number. You can also view your barcode number online in your customer profile in ‘My Profile’.

I participated in AgriRecover’s campaign but I did not receive an e-mail with my certificate attached. Where can I find it?

Always check the spam folder/junk mail of your mailbox. You can view all the certificates from the previous years online in your customer profile.

I have no packaging to be collected this year and need a zero certificate. How do I get one?

You can obtain a zero certificate from an employee at a collection point during the collection campaign. You can also request a zero certificate by contacting AgriRecover.
